Meet Our Executive Leadership Team
 Rev. Loren Hirschy has been the pastor at Word of Life Church since 1986. He is a 1981 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK. Pastor Loren and his wife, Joy have been married for 35 years and have 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren.
Pastor Loren is an effective teacher of the Word of God. He desires to see individuals grow in their walk with the Lord through understanding the Word of God and personally experiencing the life-changing power of God.
Executive Team:
 Joy Hirschy is the Pastor's wife at Word of Life Church. She has served along side her husband at Word of Life for over 23 years. Prior to that, she administrated the stateside office for missionaries in the Philippines. Today she helps with the day-to-day operations of the church, overseeing several areas including the Missions Department, the Creative Team, Publications. Joy enjoys taking short-term mission trips. For several years now she has been traveling to Central and South America to teach in Pastor's Wives Conferences. She is a graduate of Life Bible Academy and has a desire to help people walk in the Word of God and fulfill God's plan for their lives. Pastor Loren and Joy have 3 grown, married children and have been blessed with 8 grandchildren (so far!).
Rev. Adam Hirschy, Life Group & Life Bible Academy Director
Rev. Adam Hirschy graduated from Iowa State University in Speech Communications with minors in Entrepreneurship and Sociology. He is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. Adam directs Life Bible Academy and Life Groups that take place throughout the week at WOLC. He has 4 children and enjoys soccer, fishing, and golf.
Margie White, Benevolence & Outreach Leader
Margie White directs our benevolence and outreach efforts at Word of Live Church. She has been an active member over 12 years serving in the nursery, ladies ministry, nursing home ministry, baptism ministry, life groups, greeting and anywhere else help is needed. She is a retired nurse, married to Ron White who is an entrepreneur and she serves faithfully by his side in his adventures. Margie and Ron have 2 children. Kristy Duran and her husband Nick who are serving the Lord as missionaries in an Mexico and Dan, who serves faithfully at church in the youth ministry and works with Ron and Margie in their businesses.

 Jonathon Miller, Sunday Morning Support Ministries
Jonathon Miller oversees all the support ministries that occur during our Sunday morning services. He also coordinates our website and marketing activities. During the week, he is the manager of Dubuque Teachers Credit Union. Jonathon is a graduate of Drake University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (Public Relations) and a master’s degree in Mass Communication (Integrated Marketing Communications). He is also a graduate of Life Bible Academy. He is married to Beth, a sign language interpreter with West Delaware Schools. Beth and Jonathon have two boys, Caleb and Koehler, who attend Audubon Elementary School in Dubuque. In his free time, Jonathon trains as a competitive powerlifter along with his two brothers who comprise the Miller Strength Team.
